Tyax Heli Skiing Packages
There is not an abundance of shopping at Powder Mountain ski resort or in the Ogden Valley, but enough shops to cover the basic needs.

Powder Mountain Ski Shops

There are two Powder Mountain ski shops. One is on the lower level of the Sundown Lodge and the other at the resort center. They have lots of ski and snowboard accessories such as goggles and gloves, whilst ski and snowboard gear and apparel are incredibly limited. Don’t rely on the shops at Powder Mountain for your next fashionable snow outfit.

Diamond Peak Mountain Sports in Eden sells ski and boots and other hardwear, and has a reasonable range of ski and snowboard clothing. They don’t stock any spiffy brands, yet have good technical and functional brands.

Another option is to go into Ogden to Alpine Sports (1165 Patterson St, between 30th and 31st Street).

Souvenir Shopping Powder Mountain

The shops at Powder Mountain mainly focus on souvenirs. The resort center shop has so many Powder Mountain t-shirts that they have to display them all across the ceiling. They also sell other PM merchandise such as mugs and polar fleece vests.

Grocery Shopping

There is a grocery delivery service for those staying on-mountain at Powder Mountain, yet it is incredibly expensive so it might be wise to stock up in SLC or Ogden beforehand. Alternatively you can shop at the Valley Market at the main intersection in Eden. This is a huge supermarket that includes a pharmacy.

For decent grog you might need to go to the State Liquor Store at 1160 Patterson Ave, Ogden, or Arbor Lodge down in Wolf Creek Village (5.4miles away from Powder Mountain) sells limited liquor.

General Shopping

In Ogden there are a multitude of shopping options, and you can shop till you drop at various malls. One example is the Newgate Mall (3651 Wall Ave # 2000, Ogden) which has department stores and lots of chain stores.
